right, definitely worth noting that most conditions aren't just a one-time fee. they may very well require constant monitoring and/or additional procedures down the line, including any costs of medical supplies that you may need from day to day.

Then make it not mandatory. That way, the 50 million people that actually need it can continue to survive, while the other 200 million can continue being rich and paying for their own medical stuff.
