Everyone pays for it. And by pays, i mean you contribute less than a cent.

Society functions by elevating its lowest members of society to the same level as the middle. If you just leave your poor people to die, you don't function or advance properly as a society. You have less workers and less morale, less people to pay money at businesses, and in general the economy fails.

i tend to thoroughly disagree that the minority's rights and survival should be up to the will of the majority, but in principle that's not necessarily even relevant here, it's just my opinion that people don't deserve to die if they can't pay for their life on their own, and i'm willing to give up some of my own money to contribute to insuring millions
