Help Me Get Past My (Crippling Depression) Habit

I've been addicted to watching short clips of a baby show called 'Twirlywoos.' The reason? I've no idea. I think I keep watching it for the sake of both curiosity and boredom. But, my addiction has gone far. I need to watch at least one clip of it or else ill be bored for a minute out two. I've also wanted to see smut off a particular character, even though I don't find them much attractive. Please, discuss and help me overcome this strange habit. Also I'm on a device that can barely show browsers, let alone copy and paste a link using BBCode, so, you'll have to do your own research.
