It's not hard to get a slightly bigger ladder and a towel to cover barbed wire

Maybe all the people in Mexico who make a living trafficking humans and drugs into the United States? They're gonna have to choose between bankruptcy or altering the way that they smuggle stuff, and they're obviously gonna go with the second option.
It doesn't even seem terribly difficult to smuggle over a wall either. The only real disadvantage posed by Annoying Orange's wall is that the border is no longer permeable to large motor vehicles, but you can work around that by just having two trucks meet up in the same spot and throwing the contraband over the wall. Perhaps using an air cannon?

i thought it was pretty clear his point is that the money taken from those black projects wouldnt be missed by anyone not in the upper echelons of the NSA/CIA.
there's still some physical downsides to the wall and its construction; as ipquarx mentioned it can end up affecting the environment along the border, and as phantos and kingdaro mentioned it can end up being a funnel to send more money to mr dj and/or his supporters.
also i strongly agree with badspot and the idea that we shouldn't laugh off "meme warfare" as something that wouldn't really affect society. if the internet can already effectively ruin the lives of individuals through slander and circlejerking (cecil the lion, parents of the child who harambe killed, basically any mainstream-media-reported internet crusade ever), what makes it improbable for it to be used for malicious means?
