Only white people can form gangs that simply attack for no reason/benefit of the victim or the perpetrators
black / latino / asian / russian gangs will attack with reason. if someone owes you money, you assemble the squad. you see someone wearing bankroll on their neck and wrists, assemble the squad. you see someone from a different neighborhood walking around, assemble the squad. It's all formulaic and planned out step by step.
white people will just say 'look there's some woman over there lets beat her up' and go for it. they're probably too stupid to remember to steal the dude's wallet
