--- Quote from: SlayerZ99 on March 22, 2017, 12:22:53 AM ---ok so prove it to me that it really is just a choice and become attracted to men then you'll convince me --- End quote --- dunno, you should ask literally any person who has ever fought in a war before or has devoted their entire life to a religion. we always have a choice of what we want to believe and how to react to our surroundings and situations. --- Quote from: Steve5451² on March 22, 2017, 12:24:51 AM ---I think you should look up the definition of both homoloveuality and trangender. They're not actions. --- End quote --- i have a strong attraction to this bag of oreos next to me, therefore i had no choice but to eat it. what people are attracted to changes over time, you know. this is true for all aspects of life. giving in to your attractions is a choice. --- Quote from: SlayerZ99 on March 22, 2017, 12:31:07 AM ---pusillanimous individual ass veterans! PTSD is a choice! --- End quote --- people with PTSD still have the choice whether to run and hide to prevent themselves from harming others, or perhaps instead go on a rampage. there's a reason why there are coping techniques and training developed to help veterans with PTSD. just as how there is counseling and therapy to help individuals who don't want to practice homoloveuality and help eliminate their attractions to it. |

They can decide to go their entire lives having love with absolutely nobody. What they do not get to decide is their body telling them that they should have love with people the same gender. If we were visited by aliens who do not need to eat, and they discriminated against us because they think eating is wrong and gross; would we be able to just 'decide' to not want to eat anymore so that we aren't discriminated against by the aliens? |

Their body told them to kill their family member or neighbor. They did not get to decide that. --- Quote from: Pecon on March 22, 2017, 12:38:10 AM ---If we were visited by aliens who do not need to eat, and they discriminated against us because they think eating is wrong and gross; would we be able to just 'decide' to not want to eat anymore so that we aren't discriminated against by the aliens? --- End quote --- yes. there are many historical accounts of people who have chosen not eat, and died as a result. |
