another good example of this is smoking. smokers have strong biological urges to smoke because of the influence of nicotine in their brain. they can change their biological attraction to smoking through therapy and medication. eventually they no longer want to smoke anymore.

being forced to go through with it by others and choosing to do it on your own accord are two different things. for people who don't want to change, then sure, they won't change.

smokers weren't born with the urge to smoke. that only came about because they got addicted. Are you really this dense? It's not a choice if you're born with it, and there are zero scientifically proven methods to remove the desires of homoloveuals or those with gender dysphoria.

His point is whether you are homoloveual or not it isn't impossible to not give into loveual desires. Those desires being actually having love and so forth. You can be attracted to something sure. But you can resist going out of your way to forget it. He's also not saying that homoloveuality is choice. He's saying that the loveual act is a choice. People who are born straight can make the choice of whether or not they want to make love to partner and so forth.

what you're not getting is that you've mistaken an action for a feeling. homoloveuality isn't what you think it is.
