Im british and BBC says what happened. A knife attacker injured some people and got shot 4 times by a cop, then someone drove a car into some students and killed a woman.

Terrorist, the car was tiny though, good thing it wasnt a lorry.

Bomb squad has been called now, apparently there was about to be an evacuation but there was a mysterious package in a vehicle.
