Can anyone else not turn imgur gifs into [img]s?

I'm trying to get this to become an image for my signature. It doesn't loving work.

Imgur has like 3-4 different URLs and none of them work.

Wow, I didn't think to try that about a million loving times.

But manually adding .gif worked. I don't know why I have to manually add it in now.
