While yes, it may be true that Phant wouldn't be here if it weren't for slavery, it's also true that the geopolitical and social makeup of the entire goddamn continent would be radically different as well.

I am justifying the slavery of 200+ years ago. It was the only reason it allowed this country to exist.
Historically almost all civilizations got to where they were from slavery. Slavery was normal back then and has existed for thousands of years.
Today we realize slavery is bad and we try making up for it but apologizing for stuff we didn't do isn't helping. Slavery has ended, you have your rights. The wound is closed and scarred forever in America's history but people like you path keep slicing at the scar to keep guilt tripping us loving white people. When are we going to put it behind us? It was 200 years ago.
You wouldn't be living in america right now if slavery didn't happen. You wouldn't know the joys of chatting on a lego forum. You'd be getting mauled to death by a lion in africa.
