--- Quote from: Cheze on March 23, 2017, 04:34:49 PM ---I've met some nice muslims so far in my life, but CIA makes the whole religion look like "allah akbar" --- End quote --- Yeah, there are certainly plenty nice Muslims if you live in a nice high-class, western area of the world. If Islam was to have a reformation, they would be a good start for a guideline model. |

--- Quote from: Scout31 on March 23, 2017, 04:33:49 PM ---The same argument is supported by gun advocates: It's the shooters fault, not the gun's. A gun is safe when used properly, and dangerous when used by a psycho. A religion safe when read properly, and dangerous when interpreted by a psycho. --- End quote --- Except Wayne LaPierre isn't telling the shooter to go and kill people or trying to justify it. Islam is a lot more than a religion, it's a system of living. Was taxing the infidels the actions of a few. The Bible and Qur'an have very different themes and large difference is that Islam is an extremely collectivist ideology while Christianity is more about living a better life. Islam hasn't gone through a reformation in 1,400 years and it's pretty obvious when you look at countries like Iran or Qatar. One still has slavery and the other is treating gays like roosterroaches. Do these countries not follow Islam or is it just the first world muslims that do? --- Quote from: beachbum111111 on March 23, 2017, 04:43:01 PM ---I guess Serbia is entirely at fault for WW1 as well then. --- End quote --- |
