i know avasts web firewall or whatever its called did the same thing to my brothers computer at one point. have you downloaded any new anti-virus software or changed any firewall settings? also ipv4 might be turned off on your devices for some reason. google still uses ipv6 so that might be the reason you can only access them. should be an option under your network settings |

This only started yesterday. Oh yeah, I have tried changing my DNS server, flushing my DNS cache, reset my IP configuration and restarted my computer since it started. |

Major update: Now I got the internet to work on my computer beyond just Google websites by hard rebooting rather than Windows's soft reboot. However, restarting my phone didn't fix it there for Wi-Fi, but that's not as important. |
