Is this Logitech controller good?

the hardest part about using a ps controller on the computer is choosing which program you want to use to emulate 360 controller with so it has the same native support

lol wut

I meant as in using ds4tool and ds4windows. it uses Bluetooth but works like a charm, the only difference is that ds4tool masks it as a xbox controller.

What about USB, how well does it work with that?

masks it as a xbox controller.

yes it emulates it as a 360 controller, so it works natively with any game that has 360 controller support

i used a ps3 controller over usb for years with no problems

yeah.

the only bummer is that there's no way to get the audio to play through the controller itself but chances are you aren't further than 2 feet from your pc anyway lol

Awesome, I'll pick up a ps4 controller then. I've been planning to go dualshock for a while.

You can just opt into the steam beta and use a PS4 controller through it.
You get a similar range of customization as a steam controller, too. Including the ability to change the light color, if you're into that.

HOLY forget, this is so useful.

ps4 controller is too expensive for my budget

this is great

i tried one at bestbuy and they feel really cheap... would rather spend a little more for an xbox 360 controller

i have it rn, it's fine

my main issue with the F310 is how heavy the springs in the triggers and brown townog sticks feel. I like the floating d-pad and tactile shoulder buttons, and even though I have small hands it wasn't uncomfortable to hold like the original xbox controller.

I use a DS4 now (since Amazon's warehouse was selling them for 30 bucks at the time), but the F310 is serviceable and has a decent enough pricetag.

I've had two of these. They're really poorly made and break really easily, if you drop it even once you're probably forgeted. They're also super unergonomic.

yo what I dropped mine like ten times face-down and the only thing that happened was the left brown townog stick cover got a little loose

Would the current price of $45 be worth it?
I'm using the current F310 and might switch.

Honestly, for PC gaming, I'd recommend an xbone controller.

But considering budget, I think you made an okay decision. Let us know how it turned out. :P
