Going to meet Alan Resnick from Adult Swim later today AMA

According to @alanresnicks, Alan Resnick's official Twitter page, he is doing a comedy tour called "Wham City". It's even on the poster at the far right on that image.
Take a look at this image:
Note one line: "3/27 - Hartford, CT - Sea Tea Improv +"
Nothing on @alanresnicks or the Wham City twitter account mentions an accident happening with Alan Resnick.
Assuming you were in Atlanta, Georgia (where stuff like MDE was filmed and the Williams Street headquarters are) and this picture is from today, this accident never happened and that is not Alan Resnick.
How could he do a stream if he's all the way in Conneticut, if such streams are filmed in the aforementioned location?
Someone got duped here - whether it was Lord Tony himself or this is all on purpose.

the bandages get up is more than likely just a prop from the improv show and cause tony calls in to adult swim all the time he was probably able to get back stage. tony never said the stream was today.
