When you are directly tribal towards customers you should be fired because then you are hurting your businesses' reputation. if you're personally tribal and keep it to yourself, no. that's just your opinion. Keep your political/hurtful opinions out of business and nobody gets hurt. |

If you aren't doing your job (i.e. not giving a marriage certificate to a gay couple) due to your beliefs, then yes you should absolutely lose your job and you should be glad you lost it |

impossible to say on a broad basis. its a case-to-case issue. sometimes people are just misinformed, but also sometimes people are starfishs. |
