| Should people lose their job because of Percieved, Racism/loveism or LGBT distaste |

Employees should be fired not only for tribal/homophobic/etc attitudes but they should be fired if they upset customers. That's just the broad category and falls under employee conduct If you're the Boss of a restaurant chain and you let your employees be openly tribal towards customers, pretty soon you won't have any customers, and then you won't have any business either. |

If you treat customers or other employees with disrespect regardless of racism, loveism, religion, or lgbt standing you deserve to be fired. Its unprofessional and makes the company look bad if they keep you. Same if you share your believes about how much you want to burn blacks on facebook, the company still has a right to fire you for it. |
