Yes. Feminism is almost identical to egalitarianism besides the name. If you support the equality of all genders you are supporting both feminism and egalitarianism.
most women around the world in poorer countries have lest privilege than men in that specific area. If you want them to have the same privilege, that's both feminism and egalitarianism. however, feminism would be raising the opportunity of women to be that of men, while egalitarianism will be 'set them both equal'
both are identical, yield identical results and share the same goal and process.
