killfeed not showing who killed who

player who killed other player name is not showing up in killfeed
so if someone got killed it would show up like this
[Killed](imagine [killed] is the gun icon) player
instead of
player [Killed] player

i'm guessing it's one of the addons you have
has anything changed since it was last working?

on a side note
Item_CordaxArmor seems to be having issues in the console

I'm not sure but try disabling SMMBlood

its SMMBlood (fairly sure this) or some other death mod you have enabled. a mod isn't parenting the gameconnection::onDeath function properly.
