Well, what a night
We went down to our shop at 11pm to get more valuable stuff, while we were there the cops pulled up and told me we had to get out by 1:00 or we'd be stuck, so we hurried and left about 12:30.
We went down town this morning and couldn't get to the street our shop is on- because it was full of water.
So the water has reached 11.6 meters and gone over the levee, now rushing through town :/
Can't wait to go back in a day or so and see how much damage there is to the shop >:(

the bridge nearby went underwater and now a large chunk of it is missing cause they built it in the wrong area of the river.
