all forum users get banned off the forums (BOS), all non users get forced on

what would happen if all of the active forum users were banned off (and ban-on-sight) and replaced with everyone who has the game but doesn't post on the forums?
i would feel like it would be akin to secondary succession, the blf already has enough news posted for new users to build off of and argue about for generations

at least 80-90% of the people that get banned will just turn their routers off for 5 mins then use their secondary/make a secondary e-mail account and proceed to just fork over $20 for a new key and register under a new name then proceed to join in on the stuffposting or writing out philosophical memes/complaints/stuffposts with the now inflated forum population
