It was removed today, I reset map before I left for work, turns out I forgot to update the save file on the server.

syringe should be hold-down-to-heal so people cant just pop it in the middle of a fight and have to get to cover

This is a petty good idea, i�ve been debating multiple ideas to combat how OP it can be.
