any event mods that allow me to control which output events players can use?

i want to disable minigame events to normal players, along with changedatablock, changeplayerscale, add health, set health, add velocity, set velocity, spawn projectile, spawn explosion, etc.

is this mod already made? if so, where can i find it?

When i was on servo2s server a long time ago a lot of the events were restricted for players especially the ones that make you op so I'm pretty sure there might be an add-on out there

I know for sure I can't apply all of the events on your server without admin

some addons do this for themselves, like environment control
