it's hard to say, i've seen a lot of messed up stuff on live leak and documenting reality
probably a video of CIA locking a bunch of civilians in a cage and then slowly drowning them all in a pool
there were gopros attached to the cage so the viewer was able to see the people as they were drowning in their last moments of life. it was horrifying
