Some pages not opening in Chrome and Firefox

Some websites open and some don't in Chrome and Firefox, so for example, I can go on reddit, BLF, YouTube, Facebook and many other sites on them both, but so many don't. For example, I can't open imgur or cdkeys, I don't even get an error, the spinner in the tab just keeps spinning forever. Even on reddit, 50% of the links I click on do the same, they open in a new tab and spin forever.

I've tried loads of tutorial videos and none of them worked, what is happening? D:

Have you tried turning restarting your router, clearing your cache, flushing your DNS, and have you tried pinging the sites you can't reach?
