At the end of the month I probably made about 800 euros
Either:
Get rid of my stuffty Galaxy S4 mini where the speakers are broken and the battery is very stuff for a one plus
Get rid of my GTX 960 2Gb model wich has a hard time keeping up with morern games for a GTX 1070
Or maybe buy an i7 iduno but that seems p useless.

Edit:
Going for a phone. The current one im probably buying is the OnePlus 3T. Budget is -500 euro's

have a friend who had the similar issue-- wanted to go from his moto g3 to a nexus 6p or upgrade from a r9 380 to a 1070. he went with the gpu but just like with me now our cpus (oc'd fx8520 in my case) get a crazy bottleneck, so keep that potential situation in mind when deciding

personally i'd go with the graphics card

Aplem:

GPU without a doubt. forget phones, they're only good for throwing at poor people.

I have an i5-4430 so I doubt there will be any bottleneck.

I use my phone daily so iduno
well my computer too but the low peformance hasnt really been an issue. I do plan on using 3 monitors in the future and I doubt my 960 can handle
The stuffty battery is really annoying. Actually last saturday I took the wrong train because im autistic and called my dad for train stuff because he works there and my phone died mid call and I was stranded in Brugges. Good thing I brought a charger and managed the find a working socket.
