fr this used to happen to me, its all about pillow placement. i sleep with now pillows and my back doesnt hurt, but my neck will. solution was def getting some new pillows, or stacking one on top of the other (if theyre thin)

yeah if I don't stack my pillows I'll get a horrible stuffed nose by the time I wake up
it's a good idea to get your head as elevated as possible
