I watched a guy bench 405 today and it was the best display of strength ive seen

pretty much just calisthenics, boxing, and cardio exercises cause i just dont like weightlifting honestly

my one rep max is closer to like 380 but i once witnessed somebody rep out 225 40 times. it was nuts, he said his arms weren't even dead after he finished too

yeah the guy i watched did 405 for 2 reps like 5 times

he was massive



I ride my bike around town at the most every day, at the least once every other day.

I want to try mountain biking soon, though.
