Bullstuff interview questions keep me from getting offered jobs.

So far I've had 6 interviews and didn't get offered any jobs because I'm not a good bullstuffter. How do they not expect someone to answer something like "Why do you want to work here?" with something along the lines of "I need money." Is a salary not motivation enough? How is that a bad answer? When I'm asked questions like this, I'm expected to be able to bullstuff an answer and I can't do that.

Texan101:

Because just money shows you'll jump at anything offering higher. You need to show some loyalty,  since you'll be an investment.

PhantOS:

Everyone wants to work for money. Try harder

Aide33:

Learn about the company and basically just regurgitate their company goals and values from their website.

either that or you have something wrong with your resume or you smell bad

Tactical Nuke:

maybe don't apply for a job you have to bullstuff your way through
