Bullstuff interview questions keep me from getting offered jobs.

How are you going into this so blind? Like seriously there are thousands of solid guides all over the internet. Use the resources available to you. Can speak from experience that these job interviews are super easy if you prepare. I interviewed at 8 jobs and was offered employment at 6 of them.
You are focusing on your negatives, and like, only your negatives from these questions. Even if the question is negative-oriented, you can answer with omission in mind.
It's really not the questions; it's you.

Honestly this makes me feel like stuff. All I can tell them is what I'm good at and what I'm not good at. I can't just come up with some complex, convincing monolog with it.

I do look up these guides and they all say the same thing you guys are saying. Show that I'd be a value.

Then prepare to be jobless. If you honestly believe you can't do it then don't even try. There are thousands of other people who are willing to try to get that job, and in that case they deserve it more than you.
