The scroll wheel isnt working on the forums, am I the only one?

literally happened to me this morning. i refreshed, went to another page, opened in a new tab, etc, and it still wouldn't scroll. i don't even know how a website could cause the scroll function to just break
EDIT: As soon as I pressed post the scroll wheel stopped working forgets sake

Its been happening to me as well, ive just been clicking the mouse weel and moving the mouse across the page to scroll that way.
