The scroll wheel isnt working on the forums, am I the only one?

I've been noticing occasionally the scroll wheel stops working on certain tabs, and when you reopen the same page in another tab it starts working again
using chrome

I use Firefox and I have never had that issue.

I think it's an issue with chrome, I had it happening on here and with 4chan
