Sqlite Error

So I was about to join my friend Rfblock's server but then it gave me an error that reported this:
"Blockland - BlobContainer::snapshotBuffer(2) - sqlite error 'diskl/O error' Ensure that 'C:/Program Files (x86)/Steam/steamapps/common/Blockland' is writable"

I deleted the cache, did nothing.
I also went into the file and checked "Write" on "Properties" but it still didn't work.
Help would be greatly appreciated! :)

Does the error completely prevent you from joining the server at all?

this happens if 1) the cache is not writable, which i guess isn't the case, and 2) if you are loading onto two different servers at once with two BL clients using the same install, but thats also not the case here since you're using steam, unless you are using some workaround

can you ensure the blockland folder is writable as well?

Make sure you are running steam with administrative privileges ?
