Again: if Lance doesn't exist, every daily money-related thing that he does will no longer happen. That means that Mcdonalds will now lose $5 because a cheeseburger Lance could've gotten would not have been purchased.
Functional Society literally cannot exist without welfare or public support. If you were to live in this 'scenario' you suggest, you'd be working 16 hours a day at a local factory to afford bread crumbs.
