what do you mean i can't browse the forums on a dreamcast

good news, i can now browse the internet on extremely outdated hardware, aka the sega dreamcast
bad news, i can't use the outdated piece of hardware to browse the forums because cloudflare rooster blocks me
anyone who has experience with this kinda thing know why?
