fairly sure if you replaced lead bullets with copper ones, its less damaging, but still pretty lethal
coal is inherently unclean if your goal is to keep carbon emissions out of the atmosphere. the only "clean" part you can do is filter out the more dangerous chemicals released when burning, but it doesn't stop 100% of them and it doesn't reduce carbon emissions from burning coal substantially.

I don't understand how you're going to save both coal and oil production jobs. The decreased usage of coal is almost directly tied to the increased usage of natural gas.

the point is that we arnt using the coal ourselves. its just an export...
obama had you thinking we cant have it all because he was trying to profit from the TPP
plus this is coke coal, the type used for steel production.
china is going to burn the coal regardless of where it comes from. the environmental discussion is a moot point.
