China May Have Sent 150,000 Troops to North Korea

For what it's worth, China's foreign ministry is denying any troop movements. The US pacific command also didn't know about it until asked.
According to this article it's based on rumors originally published in a japanese paper.

There doesn't seem to be any evidence that this has happened.

Not necessarily, it's just at this point it's purely speculation/rumors.
