If obamacare was unconstitutional there'd already be lawsuits to try and strike it down. --- End quote --- you're right the supreme court ruled that the mandate that I just mentioned was constitutional because they weren't really punishing you for not buying into the service (even though they were) the way they ruled on that case means that if doug dimmadome became president and mandated that you go to the dimmsdale dimmadome at 5:30 in the morning every day or you'd pay a fine, then it would be perfectly legal for him to do so |

If I don't want heath care then I shouldn't have to pay about a loving 500 dollar fine each month. Why would Obama force that? I'm not a loving car. |
