Also I'm going to go ahead and hazard a guess that whoever this was is connected to https://forum.blockland.us/index.php?topic=309167.0 .

In any case, whoever did it was smart enough to go through somebody else before he went here considering 109.236 is a legitimate site that appears to have been hacked and backdoored.
