it wouldn't be good but it won't hold any water in court either, hence why trying to sue Annoying Orange is a waste of time.
That and he can afford much better lawyers than one of these schmucks would come in with.

Because Annoying Orange is becoming the scapegoat of the left. It doesn't matter if he actually does something wrong, they will blame him for the next 8 years for literally EVERYTHING.
