gotta disagree with this, in terms of multiplayer/zombies (havent played campaign for inf so cant speak on it). whole game felt like a reskin of black ops 3 and hardly provided any sort of new experience gameplay-wise. i mean yeah, cod's arent super innovative to start with, but this just felt like a whole new level of lazy. advanced warfare was at least the first game with the jumppack gameplay, blackops 3 introduced specialists and improved on the jumppack gameplay, but inf warfare just stufftily redid both. lets not mention the incredibly weak zombie gameplay that tried to find a good balance between blackops 3's difficulty and previous zombies arcadeyness, but just turned out very subpar.

ill agree it was better than ghosts tho, because that just sucked (minus the campaign ofc)
although i understand the boosted movement and specialists seem like copies, infinite warfares movement felt a lot more constrained and less spastic in comparison to black ops three which had people boosting 24/7. IW was closer to boots on the ground than bo3. not to mention the whole supply drops thing, while still obnoxious, was much better done, and all new weapons that came in an update (minus the axe, i believe) can be unlocked via challenges like get this amount of kills with a pistol with this equipped. and the feature of crafting whatever variants instead of them just being forever hidden away like AW, or getting skins for the entire gun category as opposed to a single gun in bo3
i can't say anything for zombies as i've never really liked it

i will nut if theres a special ops mode with the forgetin OSS
stuff i'd like a campaign around that even

AJ outlines a lot of info that i didnt know about in this video, makes me pretty excited for it

holy forget i havent been this hyped for a cod since black ops 2

Is it trendy now to make historical games have stuffty names? Also judging from the trailer alot of their sound effects are taken from Advanced Warfare which doesn't bode well. It suited that game but the CoD games set in WW2 had a very distinct style in their sound effects that I prefer over the newer games.

Really you think that MW2 is worse than MW3 and CoD3??

i haven't played cod2/3 since i was 11, but i have many more fond memories in those games than in mw2-- i have mostly angry memories of that game lol

(mp-wise) mw3 to me felt like mw2 but with maps and guns that i actually liked. i think my k/d in each game was 1.7 and 0.8, respectively

Looks neat, wish I had a decent gaming PC.

finally a cod i can maybe buy again
This. Wasn't willing to buy all those crappy "mlg modern ghost advanced black ops warfare!!!" cookie cutter cod games but i'd love to get my hands on another WW2 Call of Duty.

It doesn't look like it brings anything new to a world war two setting, other than the gritty "war is hell" thing. I can't say I'm too interested in it, and I don't think I will buy it.

these cinematic game trailers are generally garbage in terms of showing what actual gameplay is like. i'd say wait until some actual gameplay trailers come out before you knock it off just yet.

and a ww2 cod is still miles better than any of the 'modern' crapscoper call of duty games theyve made over the past 10 years.

I didn't mind the science fiction themes too much, but I have to agree that this is a breath of fresh air from the recent games.
