why the hell did she take the stroller onboard when the baggage rules clearly state that they are supposed to be checked
like sure he handled it bad but shes not entirely at no fault
cant do nothing to customers who legitimately or pretend dont know the rules, or else everyone will start abusing the fact the rules dont apply if enough drama would be caused if they arent allowed to break the rules
