In order to measure how fast this car is going we need the distance and time it travels, then we use the formula "Speed = Distance / time" and we will get the answer to how fast this car is going

how fast does it time travel? what speed does it need to hit to see serious stuff?

well with a distance of approximately .15m in the 1/200 of a second in which the picture was taken, I'd say the car is moving at about 30m/s or 67mph
