Google Chrome won't let me download this image, how to fix?

So apparently Google Chrome thinks this picture of May and Brandon from Pokemon ORAS is a virus or some crap. Every time I go to download the image it says "Download failed: blocked" at the bottom of the screen. Any idea how I can fix it?

is it just this image? try downloading something else and see if it gives the same error
try opening an icognito browser, then try to download the same image. could be an extension causing the error
