yeah steam doesn't generally yank software away from you if you paid for it so it should still be there
i don't use my steam version but i checked and mine is still there

ive literally only had bad experiences with both the software but especially the people that use it.
stupid students that cant let go and move towards unity, which every student would rather work with, especially us artists.
