if you have it on steam, you can probably still download it
otherwise, go to the yoyogames website and you can manage your licenses and download there. the yoyogames website also lets you link your steam account if you've purchased things there.

i didn't even notice, but if you buy studio 2 you automatically get access to 1.4 too lol. so they definitely haven't dropped gm:s, they just give it to you in addition to studio 2 for free

I still have GameMaker Studio downloaded, but i mostly use Clickteam Fusion 2.5
Anyways, hope they make a free version for people to try

yeah it's not like you cant buy it anymore just buy it from their dedicated website.
