Already have one. I don't plan to upgrade it any time soon because my Linux install boots up quick enough and my compile times aren't adversely affected.

Storage is a big one. NVMe SSDs are preferred. As long as it's not a giant ass laptop and it's reasonably slim, it'll work for me.
USB ports aren't really a concern.
