I mean, rape is already illegal and there isn't really anything stopping a guy from just sneaking into the women's bathroom right now. Either way it's a huge risk, it's pretty likely someone will just walk in on the act.

Yeah, but youre a little bit more motivated when less things can get you caught, IE, walking into the wrong bathroom.
