You're not biologically a woman but identify as one. A lot of people will respect that and be supportive of you. of course, there's always people who want to be contrary and go out of their way to piss people off

Yeah it's technically a disorder but it's not recognized as a severe or debilitating mental disorder

If you're biologically a woman but tell me you're a man I am still going to address you as a woman, because I believe as a conservative and a christian that there are only 2 genders, and they're decided by your biology, not your feelings. What would be really disrespectful is to encourage and embrace such gender-bending delusions for those who engage in them, it's like encouraging a smoker to smoke.

if this is the case, if they get upset as a result you'll know the reason why. as long as you're okay with not adhering to other people's beliefs for the sake of your own. its not a good thing or a bad thing, but people will react differently to it
