whats stopping vlad from growing vegetables or dalis from making furniture in their free time and selling/trading the items, making them much wealthier than their comrades? will anyone confiscate their items and redistribute them? who's going to send vlad and dalis to the gulag for being capitalistic pigs? you can't "legally" force any sort of equality if you have no "legal" body to instate and enforce it
