On average I can maintain a pretty decent 1mb/s, but if anyone in my neighborhood so much as opens researchhub, I'll get so much interference on the line I'll slow down to like <100kb/s. I have latency meters up on my desktop 24/7 so I know when my internet is smooth and when it's forgeted.
